How to reduce the amount of textile waste produced by households every year ? In response to the 2017 SYCTOM contest, I have imagined « Aléa », a printed household linen concept sold with thermo-adhesive patches whose shape is the same as the printed pattern. If a hole or a stain appear, user just have to iron patches on it to make it disappear. Repairs are easy and discreet. Lost in the pattern, patches stay invisible and the product lifetime is prolonged.
