Moulinot is a game for old and young children inspired by music boxes. With reusable RFID stickers and some pencils you can compose, a bit like a comic strip, visual an audible stories. Action or characters stickers are activated only when passing on the playing zone, randomly playing a series of associated sounds. Other stickers, more like landscapes, play ambient sounds all along the paper unrolling. There are no rules. You can choose to tell a story or to make it guess by an other player. To ease it’s comprehension and it’s intuitiveness, technology is hidden behind a simple naïve wooden toy. With an Arduino module and the Processing program we have created a functional prototype tested during a small exhibition.
