How to slow down consumption without giving up choice and comfort ?
I notices that what’s encourages second-hand shopping is the will to find original goods at a really good price. I am inspired by the searching and the negotiation on flea-markets to imagine a second-hand shopping app. Objects are found by « rummaging » on an interactive map. It takes account of the initial search criteria but also extend them, showing the user what he is looking for but also what he has not considered in the first place. To promote negotiation and sales, there are no prices. Objects are negotiated by a dating apps inspired interface. Buyers can ask the price they want and sellers can answer by accepting, refusing, by an other price, or by asking for an exchange.
