How to diversify an existing industrial production ? We proposed to TDR, a southern French company specialized in wood turning, whose main product was bed feet, to produce some urban furnitures. To optimise production, reduce costs and fully use the industrial base at our disposal, we try to conceive a furniture with the same repeated parts. Adding a cast iron structure, we have designed a bench with conical slats. It brings curve in a usually very straight-lined typology of objects and allows new way of landscaping public spaces.
